GYM FUN
For children in Pre-Primary (male and female), our Gymfun program progresses on from Tiny Tots Gym with the children working on the floor with gymnastics coaches.
This class helps your child to gain confidence, co-ordination, balance, fine motor skills and begin learning shapes and skills in gymnastics.

GYMSKILLS
Gymskills are our entry level classes for female gymnasts aged Year 2 +. The Gymskills classes focus on all apparatus used in the sport. There are 10 levels within the class ensuring that gymnasts are progressing through the sport. Gymnastics is conducted by a Gymnastics Australia qualified coach within a safe environment which caters for personal growth and development.

TINY TOTS GYM
Is your child from 18 months through to 4 years old? Open to both male and females. Do they love to climb, run and jump? Would you like to get them active and gaining co-ordination, balance and fine motor skills? We have a different theme each week in the class including Minions, On the Farm, Pirates, Dinosaurs, At the Zoo, Teddy Bear’s Picnic and many more.

BEGINNERS
Beginner classes are circuit based and cater for both male and female participants in Year 1. Classes teach the basics of gymnastics to help participants progress through the sport. Each class is run by a qualified coach.

COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS
Our competition classes help build strength, prepares the body for the challenges in life, enhances co-ordination and agility, develops posture and confident body movement.
Gymnasts train more than once a week on all apparatus.
Training includes a warm up, skill development and cool down.

LIL NINJA WARRIORS
Lil Ninja classes are based in parkour and consist of a ninja warrior style obstacle course that focuses on beating your own personal goals. It is a very fun and fast paced class that will get your heart racing and body moving! For male and females in Year 2 +

TUMBLING CLASSES
Teaches participants the basics of the floor apparatus tumbling skills through drill and circuit work.
Great as an additional class or as a stand alone class.
intermediate and advanced tumbling classes are offered as a progression from this class. Please enquire if you feel your child is beyond beginner level tumbling

TINY TOTS PLAY
Armadale Gymnastics Club’s Tiny Tots Play classes are a fun casual play based session where participants have the opportunity to explore the Gym and Tiny Tot Gym circuit activities at their own pace. The Tiny Tot Gym circuit is a fun engaging set up with lots of gross and fine motor activities for particpants to complete. Participants can be expected to run, jump, crawl, hop, balance and swing! This class is designed to let kids learn in an easy-going club environment and develop social skills while playing with other members under their parents supervision.
*Please note this is not a coach-led structured class and is purely a casual play session

CONDITIONING
Conditioning classes are our entry level to advanced recreational strength and fitness classes for participants aged in Year 2 in School years or older. In this class participants are taken through a range of gymnastics-based strength and flexibility circuits that aim to increase flexibility upper and lower body strength, core strength and cardio to help with gymnastics specific conditioning. This class is a great tool to help your gymnasts increase these abilities on top of their regular classes to help them in gaining skills faster and easier. This class can also be completed on its own as a fun group fitness class where participants can gain all these skills with friends in a fun learning environment.

ACRO
Acrobatic Gymnastics class is an entry level class for gymnasts who would like to extend into a secondary or alternative gymsport other than artistic gymnastics. Acro is a beautiful, dynamic and spectacular sport for both men and women. The sport develops courage, strength, stamina, co-ordination, flexibility, jumping abilities and cooperation with partners/teams. Acrobatic Gymnastics unites its power and poise, with grace and beauty to create an intriguing sport. Acrobats in groups of two, three and four perform routines with the heads, hands and feet of their partners, performing partner holds, partner throws, synchronised tumbles and choreography.
